Default LS1 clutch in LT1?

Like the title says...

Can you use an ls1 clutch in an lt1 car???

Maybe a dumb question but the T56 is somewhat new to me...

I'm pretty sure they're different, they have different input shafts. I did a quick search in the manual transmission forum and it yielded this: https://ls1tech.com/forums/manual-tr...questions.html

What part do you want to use.. just the Clutch itself, or the whole assembly?

The Pressure Plates are different, the LT1 Pulls, the LS1 pushes.

Pretty sure the LT1 uses a pull clutch (Valeo style) due to space limitations and the LS1 uses a push clutch. The LS1 T56 has a longer input shaft (which I need if anybody has a spare) than the LT1 T56 and I also believe the the bell housing is a shorter distance between the motor and tranny. From what I have encountered in my T56 swap research for my Chevelle is that the clutches are not interchangeable, but this is just reading between the facts that I have found and using them as clues.
