Default Switching from gmpp to L76

I was gonna see what ya'll thought about me swapping from my gmpp carb sytle intake to a direct port L76? Its a 6.0 L92, mild cam. Doesn't really feel like it makes alot on the bottom end, I usually only run 1/8th mile. The bottom end is not built or anything. Just wondering if this will help my combo?

Are you running a carb or EFI with an elbow? Either way, unless its an FI or race motor, you should pick up a bunch of torque below 4000 RPM by going to the L76.

EFI, It feels good now but I heard it would pick up torque, Thats what i want since i don't rev high enough to get the power out of the single plane

Expect that intake to die at 6k. If it is a street car fine but if you are looking for a track number forget it.

Its not a race car or a dd, But i usually only run the 1/8th. I figure with it not being a solid roller or forced induction the single plane isn't really helping. I just wanna try to see if it feels better.

A 6.0 will take more RPM to max the L76 than a larger build. They actually work OK on the 6.0's if not over-cammed.

The L76 should be a good match for that cam in a 6.0.
