PTE HP6262 (billet 62mm)
Anyone have info on these turbos? I'm doing some research to get my project on the ground. Want to get DBB, T4 flanges, 3" V-band and .68/.69 A/R. I really like PTE and don't see these on their site or Forceinductions.com.
I've looked at TC61's, FI-62's and PT61's can't make up my mind. I don't know if Billet wheels are even a good idea...
Quick run down my build
370 LS2, AllPro cath. port
Six speed
3800 lbs
Staged injection BS3 93Pump/C16
Eboost2
7500 rpm
Lots of street and looking for 9.99 or faster
Thoughts?

The turbine A/R is too small for your cubes. Back pressure will be too high. Get something closer to .96 or so. 9's with the 6 speed will be tough especially because most 62s max out at 600 or so whp.

I have a couple customer making well in excess of 750whp with those turbos on there EVO's. One just went 8.98 yesterday in his street car on e85 with the 6262. They work very well.

We have the PTE billet units as well. They will be added in 2009 to the site. In twin config they will work just fine. Our customers have had great sucess with the PTE units.

On a high PR setup with a single like a EVO I can see that with a 61-62mm unit. On a big LS1 running a single, it would have huge backpressure problems as a single. In twins....they do work great. EVO's like Supra's make crazy power out of a single charger.

more than 600 + whp each , on the drag strip.

Off the top of my head they are available in .63 & .82 T3 housings and .58, .68, .81, & .96 T4 Housings. The 6265 will be a bit laggier but probably better suited to the larger inch engine. Keep in mind for this size of a turbo they are not as laggy as most other turbos.

The FI-62 is based on the S300 and they will spool slower. The A/R's for the PTE units are all the standards as mentioned above. Give us a call.
