i have used a few of them. I like AEM alot! simple to install and sensors last! I think i saw them for $240 on jegs site. Im sure a sponsor on here will price match! Best bang for your buck!

It sounds like you are looking for something like the Innovate LM series. I use the LM-1, but it looks like they have come out with an LM-2 & LM-3 also (I've had mine a while). Just Google it, and you can find a link to reviews as well as their website. It should also interface with your data logger, IIRC.

lc1 will give you fits.

get something that you can setup to datalog via a serial cable.

see the efilive forum for more.

I agree the LM1 and serial cable is the way to go!! Search on EFILive for how to make up the serial cable. And you can get replacement sensors from the VW dealership for a good price...

I've run the LC-1 and it stopped working

I'm going with the PLX sm-afr HERE and doing the serial upgrade as described HERE

But that gives you an analog output - the serial output with the LM1 is way more accurate and doesn't have the grounding issues...

I use the LM-1 with a serial cable hooked up to EFILive. It works well, however I do hate the tangled mess from all of the different cables.

If you dont need a gauge setup I think the PLX SM-AFR unit will be great.
http://www.plxdevices.com/products/sm/afr/

Pricing is 185.00 shipped in the US

With a gauge it is 225.00 Shipped.

Thanks,
Derek
