Default Texans Vs. Raiders

What do yall think about this game? The line is HOU -7 right now and I think we beat them by 14+. I believe HOU is on a high right now coming off of last weeks game. Thoughts?...

Optimist: Houston is playing really well, and Oakland isn't. The Raiders are ripe to be kicked while they're down.

Life-long Houston Sports Fan: Houston will stroll in thinking they'll win easily, then get blown out.

Just give it to Slaton. I am interested to see how 'Dre does going against the best corner in the league though.

its as simple as this... If we dont turn the ball over, we will win! Raiders have beat some divison leaders (NYJ and Denver) this year so we cant play down.

Who's that, Gibril? Part of me says the reason he has posted such a good season is his team was getting mauled and there was a void for someone to come make plays. The other says he did it, and that is pretty hard to do when you go 3 and whatever.

Yes we need to run Slaton, but that works because our line is usually doing a good job, and we have a reasonable play action possibility with Johnson and Walter (way underrated in this league).

Nnamdi Osumghua is a Pro Bowl corner for them and there are a few receivers in the league who say he is the best they have faced even last year. Brandon Marshall, Andre Johnson, and even Randy Moss have said he is the best corner in the league. Last season he only had the ball thrown his way 30 times. 10 were completed and he picked one off.

The Raiders have a terrible run defense so I can't imagine Slaton doesn't get 20+ carries.

This is a game that I really like this weekend. I think Houston -7 is a very strong play. Good luck!
