What should I get next, slp maf or ud pulley?
Lately I've been debating whether to get slp maf or ud pulley next for my 1998 Z28 I currently have the following mods, k&n fipk, Spartan Performance ported tb, pacesetter lt's,ory, hooker aerochamber catback. I plan on getting the LS6 intake sometime in the near future. Upon having the intake and slp maf and pulley I plan on getting the car tuned. What else would ya'll consider for this bolt on car?

Please don't get the SLP Maf, get the UD pulley, other than that theres not much else you can bolt on. The basic list of boltons for the LS1 is
Lid or FIPK
Cold air intake like Fast Toys, (but I believe thats for people without the FIPK)
Ported throttle body
Intake manifold
Long tubes
Catback
UD pulley
Finally a Dyno Tune
Should put you at about 400hp at the motor, so basically your looking at LS6 intake manifold, UD pulley, and top it off with a tune. Others might suggest 4.10's in the rear and a short stick.

Might as well post all the info on your gain - before/after dyno graphs, SAE or STD. What cam and other mods you had and what parts were stock. Exactly what you changed on the car when you saw the 34hp gain. If the fast was stock or ported for more $$. How many months you had the fast intake on your car.

get both they are cheap, i just recommend going with a truck or z06 85mm maf, they are like $40 on ebay and are the exact same as the slp and dont have a resistor added to them making it more difficult to tune...also look in the forsale section i got my asp 25% with belts for $110 shipped...
just remember if you dont get a tune with the 85mm maf you might gain nothing, lose hp, or gain hp depends on how it affects your afr...so maybe you should wait till you get a tune and then throw it on...

The ONLY way a MAF is better is if it's a larger hole for the engine to breath through...any electronic trickery will get learned back out by the O2 sensors, and will make it a pain for a tuner. Since the SLP MAF is the same housing as the 85mm MAF GM used on trucks and ZO6's...it's the same sized hole for air to flow through, and it's electronics (as delivered from GM) aren't molested so it's not a pain to tune. Even if your car was heavily modded...going to an SLP MAF would still be a waste of money.
