Default What underhood appearance parts are wanted?

I dont think I am breaking any rules, but let me know if I am. If this works out I will gladly become a sponsor to sell my parts here.

My question is, what parts do f-body owners want that arn't available now? Name anything you are interested in.

Complete underhood panels to cover everything on the fenderwells and core support? That would probably be done with 3 or 4 large pieces.

Custom fuel rail covers? made of sheetmetal, fiberglass, or aluminum?

Custom air intake systems?

All parts would be fit to my 99 SS camaro, but im sure they would all work for TA's also. I would do everything so it would bolt on to your car, might need some modification to your car for mounting purposes. Havn't even spent that much time thinking about what could be done, just testing the waters. Thanks for any help.

Im not talking little BS panels to cover up individual parts. I did a horrible photoshop of what I am thinking. This isn't my engine bay, but I think you get the idea of what I am talking about. They wont go strait across, I tried to make them look like they are curved down towards the headers, but im not good with photoshop. I would trim around some existing components like the master cylinder, fuel lines, etc... I would also make them with as many hidden fasteners as possible.

The would be individually made, all by hand. You could have them powdercoated or painted.

I dont know whos car it is, i just did a search and used the first one I saw. I could make the same thing for a 98-02 camaro. They would probably be made out of 16 or 18 ga sheet metal. If anyone has anything they think they would want, just shout it out and Ill look into what it would take to make it.

I would like to see a form fitting polished aluminum cover for the power steering reservoir, I really don't want to take mine off and send it to the chromer, and can we please get some Etching with GM logos.

im sure I could handle that. Thats smaller of a piece than I was looking to make, but thats no big deal. Ill take a look at mine and see what it would take to make one.

Sixlitereater sells the whole front panel already, best bet is to go for the side panels.

IMO.

i think aluminum fuel rail covers would be a great idea, but unless they are perfect i see them as being very tacky.

I'm interested in the fenderwell panels. It sure would clean up the sides. I haven't had any time to see what it would take to make it look right.

The fenderwell panels is really what I was thinking would be the best. I dont think they would be that hard to make, but would take a lot of time. Once a template is made, it will be quicker.

The aluminum fuel rail covers wouldn't necessarily have to be like the corvette ones. They could be whatever design you can think up. Each piece will be hand made, so the options would be unlimited.

im sure it would look better than my 5 min photoshop pic. If you like the look of the stock fenderwells and all that stuff ontop of them, the firewall, and up in front of the inner fender, then thats your preference. Im just trying to help other f-body owners that dont have the time or ability to make pieces like this.
