kenne Bell on a Fbody Can this Work ???
Ok i have the opportunity to pick up this supercharger for very little cash around 1500-2000 for a brand new never used system. I know for a roots syle supercharger you have to do some trimming to the back cowl. But im curious if any of you guys can give me information on if this would work and what would be needed.
This is all the info i have for the supercharger he has and have not seen the supercharger in person so if you guys can provide a pic of one that would be great because i cant seem to find it online for this model. The guy that owns the Kenne bell purchased it to fit onto his 01+ Silverado pickup.
I know some of the KB system offset the Tb to the driver side back but i think a person could Fabricate a pipe to go the air lid with little to no trouble .
SO please guys if you know anything Post up i also plan to call KB this week sometime also.

The KB truck system wont line up with your F Body accessories, it will move the belt out farther than the rest of your system if you use the brackets and mounts that come with the truck kit. It sits up pretty high, mounting over the top of the valve cover if i remember correctly, off to the passenger side of the motor. Hood clearance would probably be a problem. If you have the capacity to make a new bracket to line it up with your accessories, and can find a spot to clear the hood, you could make it work. Intercooling would be another thing to deal with, if you wanted it

Yank the motor, drop it in a 3rd gen that you bought for $500, get a cowl hood, have a nice day... Then, send me pictures for my spank bank because that's what I want.
