im thinking the same thing by reading heres your problems windshield in the way along with cowl and hood. the kenne bell is 14 inches from the valley cover to the top you only have 9 inches of clearance. on the other hand it comes with everything you need to plug and play injectors fuel pump and tune. i havent found anybody whos actually done it yet.

Do you have the email address to those smart people? I'd love to chat and learn more.
To answer the original posters question... Yes, it will fit. Does it bolt on as easily as some other FI kits? no... Is it overly difficult to do? No.

Sure, anyone can take a sawzall to their cowl.
Hack a little hear, hack a little there...
Ed at LM Speed had a bitch of a time mounting a maggie onto an F-Body. And the KB towers over it in sheer size.
Knowing the KB as much as I do, I'd say it can ONLY be done with extensive "Metal Massaging"

Please show me one fbody with a Kenne Bell blower on it Smitty. I've
never even heard of one at this point. You obviously have extensive
knowledge in this area. Can you post up one of the fbodies you've
done that has a KB on it?

I have no doubt it can be done. But I'm not gonna cut my cowl. If I want to build and KB powered LSx car then I'd get a c6 LS2 vette w/ z51 suspension.

since I think it would be a 1st for LS1Tech and a 1st for fbodies in
general.

if you had a Vette than you would have no problem getting a Kenne Bell in there (Check out American_HP's car..has to be the Baddest vette ive seen)....no go on a f-body though. a KB is a couple inches taller than a Maggy blower and even with the K-member lowered, the cowl still needs to be cut.

I'm not sure where some of you guys are getting your measurement information, but from the sources I have contacted the intercooled Maggie is about 10" tall from valley to top and the KB is 9.5" (I have pics to prove it)...

I should have included the "other" pic with those two, because I got the same question in another thread. I got this picture with those other two from the same source. I have been planning a build assuming that these pictures were correct, but would welcome if someone could prove me wrong with a picture to show the LSx KB as being 14" tall. I would actually be very thankful, because it would easily make my mind between the KB and a TT system
