Default Just got my new car cleaned up, pics inside

I'm from Alton, IL and just got my new (1999) z28/ss camaro. here's what 4,000$ gets you in the ls1 world. I already ordered a billet grill and blue bowtie for the front, getting the quarter panel fixed(you can see it in pics), and painting the berger flat black. thinking abuot getting the scoop decal for the hood, can decide if i want the one that goes on top and around or the one that fills inside the scoop....opinoins? pictures if you have them please. Thanks and let me know what you think of my 4k investment lol (i feel like a thief)

haha yeah the guy i bought it from was like 70 years old...he thought it was cool lol but yeah that will definatly get changed! trying to find a nice borla or magnaflow for it...that will be awhile tho they are quite pricy. for 4k ill live with the exhaust for now...it actually sounds pretty good though its got headers and an off-road y pipe.

its a z28/ss clone. the guy had a z28 and an ss and wrecked the ss, so he took the hood, spoiler, badges, wheels, and suspension, k&n fipk, etc. off and made this one an ss clone. it has everything an ss would have except it has cloth seats. which i dont mind.

The exhaust tips are pretty much throw backs to the old Camaros that had them coming down just a touch below the rear at an angle but it doesn't really flow with this bodystyle. Nice buy though!

im gonna leave them emblems on because it has every other ss option, why not have the complete look? i like the ss emblems more than the z28 emblems and they look too bare with no emblems, thanks for the compliments guys...ryan, dont know if its slow or not yet, i took it to the track and they were running 1/8 mile only and thats a good thing because i bent a pushrod in the 1/8th i woulda broke more if i woulda kept goin thru the 1/4 lol.
