Default MP T70, TC76, S400 BW? 6.0 L92 build

I have had all three of these turbo recomended to me. Im only looking to make 600 at the wheel, so the quickest spooling turbo that can achieve that goal is what im after. Engine is a 9.5:1 6.0, L92 stock heads, 218 / 224 @ .050 cam on a 114. Went with the 114LSA to bring the power on a little snappier, and make the car more responsive when not under boost (street driving). Right now, im leaning towards the MP-T70 with a .96 A/R. Is this too small to acheive 600rwhp comfortably? I know the mid 500's would'nt be a problem, and i know this is a excellent turbo for a 5.3. Is the extra displacement of the 6.0, and way bigger l92 heads going to be to much for this turbo to keep up with? I dont want to be on the ragged edge, pushing the compressor past its efficiency zone. What do you guys think? What turbo would you run? BTW....it is a 4l80E automatic, 2800 stall, 3.31 rear gear, 3400lb car that will see alot of street duty and cruising miles.....so reliability is a concern also. Im ready to get started purchasing turbo parts, just doing some research. Thanks for the input!

That T70 power curve looked pretty damn good. broke 600rwhp and hit 10lbs of boost at 3k....full boost by 3800-4000? Would probably spool even sooner with my 6.0 movin more air. Glad 2 see it put down over 600 at 14psi, on pump gas. thats the goal 4 me! Thanks for the info man, looks good

Did it sign off early? looked like 5200 was it for that run. Was the T70 to small to support the airflow past that RPM? Looks like boost dropped off too

You could also go with a MP T76. There only $775. I have one on my truck and I love it.

+1. It will spool very quick, and give you more room to grow into.

MC76(TC) or MP76 Qtrim

The P trim 76 would spool up a bit better, MPT70 sure is fun on the street though since its so punchy.

S400 would make for some killer top end though. LOL

Our TC78 has been the ticket for most setups on LS1 based street cars. For 600rwhp it will outspool the rest, and have no back pressure issues like the older style Q-trims. Also the S400 is a great unit but simply will not spool up as fast as the TC's.

T-Netics TC78 for the win. Small package with a big punch. Not as cheap as the MP units, but then again Cheaper usualy never means better.
