Default I Think I have Big Trouble

Took the vette out for a short spin and stopped at a red light all of a sudden the the steering wheel got real hard and the dash read service vehicle. Also, the temp gauge started to raise from 180 to 228. Pulled over side of road for it to cool off and noticed small amout of oil on ASP front. Started it up and drove home ran real bad and had the same problem with steering wheel hard and temp guage raising. Parked in garage and notice small amount of oil on the garage floor ..........I have a picture but having trouble with attachment to this thread.

Thaks Mike

The temp going up and the steering getting hard point towards lack of turning pullies. Have you run the car with the hood open and verified your serpentine belt is actually turning?
