Very nice, I noticed you converted to the equal flow distribution blocks and hard pipe. Where did you get the hard piping from? I am considering doing the same as I dislike the current distribution blocks. We test fit the noszle on my car (only took a few hours) and the only problems we have is you need spacers for the fuel rail bolts (looks like you covered that) and the darn trans fluid tube gets in the way and would need to be unbolted from the engine (that one bolt everyone says is a PITA but isnt) and moved around then reconnected somehow/somewhere.
I haven't read much about NOSzle'ing a f-body so I'm pretty much starting from scratch. I have the kit though

There is 2.5 in from the top of the manifold ( at the top of the arch ) to the cowl... its gonna be close. the spacers are 3/4in tall steel spacers from OSH.
The kit started out as a NOS Pro Race Fogger system (which has steel lines the distribution blocks etc, find it on summitracing.com ... I sent the regular foggers back and the 300-600 shot pills to NOS and they sent back 100-300 pills ( 5 different sets.... 18,24,26,28,32 ) and the NOSzels ( i had to pay the difference between the foggers and the NOSzels which was like 40bucks each )

its gonna be close.....I know with the coil packs in stock location , I had to keep NOSzles facing front or back.....with your valve cover being higher it should be about same as coilpacks. If I were a betting man, I'd say that will not work but I may be wrong.
good luck! and I like your idea, I may go to hard lines myself. I think the plastic lines on the NOSzle are a restriction.

yeah, 2 things suck about the NOSzle kit:
funnel jets instead of flare jets & plastic lines. I assume that with the hard lines you can use flare jets. I already emailed NOS about going over 300hp with NOSzle and have not heard back yet.
I just hope it fits.....let us know.

yeah im using flare jets... couldnt tear down the car today, but thurs its gonna happen... eye balling it looks pretty good... i think its gonna fit, might have to bump the cowl a 1/4 - 1/2in but it looks good.
as far as over 300 shot... dont know if the restriction lies in the plastic lines or the NOZsels themselves. Because a pro race fogger system is good to 800hp
