Stock Crank HP????
Just wondering what the stock crank can handle? It's an LQ4 that will soon have a T76 front mount. I will be upgrading to wiseco pistons and K1 rods. Now just worried about the crank. Some people told me that it can only handle 600rwhp and some have told me 1000rwhp. Can anyone elaborate? I know I should upgrade it but I really don't have $2000 for the forged Lunati. If possible post up some dyno sheets.

yeah a good crank doesnt have to be lunati and they dont cost 2 grand, though 2 g's aint much if u dont want risk breaking the stock one and destroying a nice motor

Ok, so 1k + RWHP number has been mentioned a few times.
What kind of prep work went in those cranks?
Now, if this is going in a street car, how often would this crank even see that power?

I'll be using a stock crank in my build, polished and straightened. Lingenfelter will be doing the work and both they and EPP said it should be fine at my power levels (700-800 RWHP) and both of those shops know a little about LS1 forced induction.
FWIW, I'm a 347" with a TC76.
