Rear wheel hp or flywheel? Bolt ons + 100 shot of nitrous should get you there, easy too. Even easier would be stock LS1 + 150 shot, thats about as easy as it gets.

Edit: Just read N/A, sorry. 450rwhp, ported heads, cam, fast90, headers, exhaust cutout, underdrive, injectors and a lid.

Thats really easy.

You just need bolt ons, heads, and cam. Or you could just spray it. 450hp is easily achievable.

Head/cam/exhaust/tune.....500 RWHP is possible.

450 RWHP has been done to death with head/cam/exhaust/tune.

I think these prices are pretty accurate.

Ported L92 heads....$1400 complete (360 cfm @ .650)
Ported L76 intake....$600
Ported TB....?
cam....$400
full exhaust with LT's....$1000
tune...$400

450 RWHP...at least

Lots of answers here but we need to know your budget. Heads can cost anywhere from $1000 to $2300. Cams are always around $400 and then the bolt-ons are significant too - an LS6 intake manifold is about $350 whereas a 90 or 92mm intake/throttlebody combo is going to run about $900-$1000 buying used parts.

Do you have any bolt-ons already? Like headers, exhaust, etc.?

Completely stock. I was thinking slp exhaust, slp lid, and a good set of heads and cam should be able to push out 450hp. Any ideas for heads and cam? I was thinking texas speed or patriot

You will need an exhaust system too or you will be really choking your combo.

Thats a good example but L92 heads will not work on a stock LS1 3.9" bore.
TEA ported LS6 heads have always shown great numbers or Cartek, WCCH.
For a 346 you can do all you need with ported 243 (LS6) castings
Cam 230ish range .600"+ lift on a 110-112 LSA
I went with $180 stainless steel ebay headers but if you feel like spending $600+ buy Kooks or ARH with off road or catted y pipe.
3.5-4" exhaust cutout if you want to keep the stock muffler.
SLP Lid with LS6 intake and ported throttle body.
ASP or Powerbond underdrive pulley
30lb SVO red top injectors
Obviously a new clutch
That should be real close to 450rwhp.

Probably something like this:

LT headers/ORY: $500
Catback: $400
CNC Stage 2 LS6 heads: $1400
Pushrods: $120
Custom cam: $400
Gaskets/Fluids: $175
UD Pulley: $200
Fast 90/90 setup: $1050
Lid: $150
Green top 42# injectors: $200
Custom tuning: $400

Total: $4995

You could ditch the 90/90 setup and go with an LS6 intake to save about $650 to bring you down to $4345 assuming you're doing all the work yourself. You can definitely hit 450 RWHP with either intake setup depending on how aggressive you go with the cam size and compression ratio.

after bolt ons you could a h/c package from some sponsors. Tick has the polluter cam and as cast trickflow heads for about 2600. that comes with the roller rockers and push rods.
