I would look at the conversions around for applying full battery voltage to your window motors. By design, they receive less than that, even with the motor rated as a 12v motor. As the motors wear, they will draw more current than intended after already starting life in a deficit in that regard. This will cause them to overheat and burn up. Bet that this will cure the problem.

From what I understand, the drivers side gets full voltage -or what voltage is fully available. The drivers side is the issue. The "fix" is a kit that contains a relay and harness that put available voltage to the passenger window as well. I haven't heard anything to the contrary of this working out well.

The problem is with your motors. If you stick with the OEM design, this will continue to happen. If you buy a new motor, (instead of a reman) they should last longer for you.
Even my original motors from the factory died out at this rate. Once I went to a different design, everything has been fine.

The Lifetime warranty only applies for the first purchase. That means you only swap the part once, and then you have to pay for the next one. This being said, I have an Autozone driver window motor in my driver door lol. Been good for almost a year now; although I try not to use the windows.

All the terms are on the receipt and there is some fine print. In general, they will replace over and over and over again - as long as you have the receipt. Its very important to make sure you get the original receipt back or get a replacement with new warranty info back when they do the switch-out.

I haven't had problems getting Autozone lifetime replacement parts replaced multiple times either.. They have been really good here about standing behind thier parts, Chinese or not.
