Default Posi vs Spool for 10 bolt 7.5"

which one you would choose? Im about to order 28 spline for 7.5" 10 bolt and Im confused should I go with mini spool or posi? which one is better? the car is for weekends only and its street/strip so help me on this one

don't go with a mini spool. will break for sure. go with a real spool. but then if you are going to spend that kind of money, but a complete 12 bolt and never worry about it again. the 7.5 is to weak for anything more than stock.

i dont believe they make a real spool for the 7.5 ive looked all over for one and all i can find is mini spools

spool in 10bolt and stock axles is a waste of time

I thought the stock axles are 26 spline ! anyhow I might put 8.5" 10 bolt from Impala/Caprice I think they are strong enough to handle a 383ci

Strong enough, but you will pay more (than a ready to go 12 bolt) to have someone fab mounts to make it fit a 3-4gen. they don't bolt it.

I wont pay too much for fab mounts a dear friend of mine can make it fit for less than 300$
