Default touched up 215cc TFS heads or AI 208cc TFS heads?

right now i have the TFS CNC 215 LS1 heads touched up to 218cc by Chris Frank@Ray Mac Racing Engines, i realy want to sell these heads and buy the AI 208cc TFS LS1 heads.

since you know how AI heads/cam strokers turboed supercharged cars are running
shall i just use the heads i have or go with the AI 208cc TFS LS1 heads?

What you have is great providing you'll have the right compression depending on fuel used.

thanks for the reply Predator-Z. but i have a feeling that the AI TFS heads will make more power and even a better fuel economy than the touched up TFS heads i have now.

Boosted the heads are less a factor than anticipated. Proper combo of parts such as turbos and cam are the ticket.

The smaller TFS heads are designed for the 5.3 truck guys. Why do you think the smaller heads would make more power? Can you provide any evidence to support this?

Ron@advanced induction told me that thier 208cc TFS heads are for 4.00" bore engines.

Not sure whats so funny... I thought Trick Flow stated on here somewhere their 205 head was more for 5.3 motors. Guess these are not the same heads. You don't have a 4.0" bore do you?

Ron@advanced induction told me in the email that these 4" bore heads will work very well with a 3.9" bore.

the AI 208cc TFS LS1 heads are in the begining the porter TFS castings and advanced induction apply thier own port design to these heads.
