I agree with Venom in regards to how much power that combo will make. 11's - 10's all depends on supporting mods but mainly the driver. $10K, that's about right if you are getting the kit used in addition to power specific mods. Unless your installing and tuning yourself, $10K will not cover these additional costs. Also, don't forget to add miscellaneous parts such as gaskets, fluids, etc. to your budget. Even though you may have everything in place, it's those little things that tend to take you over your budget (trust me on this one, I just went through it with a Procharger setup).

one question.... if some any reason you get tired of those 8psi ,can you upgrade the pulley? and well if the engine is already forged. can you spray a little bit of nitrous to give you a nice extra kick? or would this not be possible?

If you use the MP122, you can definately add more boost with a smaller pulley. 10 or 11 psi should be easy. I'm making 9psi on the 6.0L motor in my signature. It responds pretty well to a shot of nitrous too.

Can you upgrade the pulley, yes you can. I don't remember what the smallest pulley available is but if you want to get something smaller than the smallest factory sized pulley available, there are various aftermarket vendors that can help you out. Can you spray? The Mustang guys do it all the time, so I don't see why not.
