stock LQ9
I have a stock 2004 LQ9 Out of a escalade with 3400 miles on it.
I am going to put it in my mustang with a t56.also i have a complete ls6 intake. The rear end in the car is a 4.10
My question is what would be a good cam to run. i was looking at the ms3 cam but i don't know. car is not a daily driver, already have all the Aje stuff to put the motor in the car. still need to get headers and a harness and a f-body oil pan kit.(if some one has one they wanna sell)
any input would be great Thanks

I would say with a car that light and 4.10 gears, a cam with a duration of 232/236 on a 111 LSA (ballpark) would work well.
Any of the sponsers that stock/sell a lot of cams should be able to tell you how much cam you can run with the stock flat top pistons in that LQ9 before flycutting is needed.
