opinions wanted. time to order parts. spring life? and cam selection.

opinions wanted. time to order parts. spring life? and cam selection. i currently have 15k miles on my patriot extreme springs. what kind of life should i expect from these? about time to swap them out?
any who read my other post i had a lifter fail and it wiped out the cam lobe. current cam is a 247/254 .623/ .623 on a 114. i was about to advance it 4 degrees prior to this happening. last yr i had pat g spec me a cam which came in at 239/ 247 .623/ .623 113+2. when he did this i was more concerned with driveabilty. im used the the bigger cam now. sooooo do i order the same cam i have or try something diff? i absolutely dont want to lose any power. id like to gain power if possible but i know the cam i have is already a good size.
rest of the combo is as follows.
416ci ls3 block -10cc dish pistons
215 tfs heads milled to 60cc
ls9 head gaskets
fast 90/90
qtp 1 3/4 headers, y pipe, and catback set up
6 spd car, currently 4.10s about to be 3.73s

He has a m6.....so no stall there....present cam has a collapsed lobe, no good there either,....Also, he was worried about drivability when he first had the cam spec...There is some room to grow with a new cam selection....The OP will know what he needs, he does run 9's afterall.
