stock injectors are only good for about stock levels IMO. You should try an SVO red top 30 pounder. About 36 lbs at our pressure.

Stock Injectors are for years 1999-2000: 26.4 lb/hr.

What you have to see is what your mods are and what duty cycle are your injectors going ot be running. You want to make sure that you never pick an injector that is going to be running more than 80% of its duty cycle. That's about it for injectors.

You never want an injector to stay wide open (Static) or at 100% of duty cycle while your engine is running. Meaning the injector has lost the ability to manage fuel and it is dumping fuel into the cylinder.

Also remember that when choosing an injector you are choosing an injector for fwhp not rwhp.

Hope that helps.

stick with either the ford red tops, or a EV6 style ford motorsport injector that is also 30lb just looks prettier since its the EV6 style injector

make sure you have a new fuel pump, and grab some 36# injectors.

you may not need the fuel pump, however, it will ensure you are flowing enough to keep up with the injectors & hold your fuel pressure

do not get 28# injectors, I wouldn't get 30# injectors even.... just a waste of money IMO. At least go big enough so that if you do further mods (go ahead...say you won't...i would bet you will end up changing something)

grab some 36# injectors FLOW MATCHED & a 255 racetronix kit w/wiring. You cannot go wrong this way.

So how bad is it that my injectors duty cycle is hitting 116%. My tunnuer freak out when he saw that. He said bigger inj would fix that. What u guys thinkabout that.my mods are in my signature plus I plan on using 100 shot nitrous. And also my intake is only getting 85%. He said it should be at 100% to get a LS6 intake that its better than the bbk intake I got on. Guys help me out

Buy bigger injectors. If you can find 8 injectors for a supercharged 3.8L motor from a GTP or a Regal GS they will flow 42 lbs. on the LS1 fuel pressure. I found a set of 8 new ones on ebay for 150.
