Default Which converter???

Hey, I am about to get a torque converter and I had several questions about which one would be the best for me. My car is still a daily driver so I don't want something too annoying. Since I don't use it just for racing, I just want something good enough to beat most cars on the street. I'm not sure I want to pay the money for a Yank or Vig unless they're that much better??? Are they? Also would I need to buy a trans cooler when I get my converter? Or anything else? Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

A TCI 3500 might suit you well. And yes, a cooler is a great idea with any converter. Cheap insurance. Also, try this...

TCI SSF 3500 is a great converter, Check out Yank's site also, they are a little more pricey but I think they are well worth the money. IMO I would not go lower than a 3500. Good Luck
