Default HELP with UMI T/A relocation crossmember PLEASE!

I am installing my new UMI ADJ T/A and T/A relocation bracket (manual trans)... and the instructions say to install the bushing with the part number facing back............... there is NO part number on the bushing. Also, There are 4 different heights to install the clamshell onto the crossmember for the T/A bushing, which set of holes do I use? and this aluminum spacer goes inbetween the new mounting point and the bushing, not the bushing and the clamshell?

Any info is appreciated please! Thanks!

UMI says that the 2 hole from the top is original location. and the silver piece goes between the bushing and the relocation crossmember on the drivers side.

Actually its the second set of holes from the bottom that maintain the stock possition...And the aluminum does go in between the bushing and the mounting brackets so it doesn't smash. And the bushing is universal the way it mounts. If you have any other questions feel free to ask! And thanks again for choosing UMI Performance
Thanks
Brad

It works fine..as long as the back is adjusted properly it will be good. I did it that way so I would have a little more Exhaust clearance. All the way up top was too close to get the Allen Key in to tighten it down.

I had mine set second hole from the top and left the torque arm the way they left UMI's shop and the angle was perfect, no vibrations.

No Problem! Yes we recommend installing the spacer because it allows the bushing to last much longer....less wear and tear! If you have any other questions feel free to ask!
Thanks

Hello
Thanks for helping with the situation! Actually the 2nd hole from the bottom is the stock location. And the third hole from the bottom would allow for better weight transfer. And as long as the vehicle's pinion angle is set at -2 degrees you will be fine. If you have any other questions feel free to ask!
Thanks
Brad

what about the spacer positioning?? Does it go inbetween the camshell and the bushing or inbetween the crossmember and the bushing?
