Default broken down in harrisburg, can someone figure out whats wrong?

I was wondering if anyone on here will be in harrisburg tomorrow. My car wont start and its been sitting on 17th and state all day. The battery checked out fine but i have no idea what the problem could be. I was hoping someone would be in the area and could stop by and check it out for me.

Here is the link to the issue:https://ls1tech.com/forums/general-m...l#post13113979

If I can't get it fixed I guess I'll have to tow it to a mechanic but thats gonna be a lot of money for me. 717_926_3814, give me a call if you can help me out. I would really appreciate it. The only time I am not available is during lab from 12:30-3:30 because I have class then.

Is the car an M6? If so, can you pop start it?

I see you have HIDs, how are they wired? Do they use a relay and draw direct power from the battery? If so, I'd start by unplugging the ballasts.

I had this same problem with my truck for about a week and a half. Would start and run fine one time then the next time hit the key and no power to anything. Ended up being the negative battery cable was loose on the engine block.

Check your ignition relay. There are 3 relays in the front box under the hood. Swap it with one of the other 2 and give it a try.

My name is not deamean, its anthony, but I think my car is possessed.
Yesterday after my church service I went back to the car and tried to start it and nothing. I checked the battery cables and the connection and they looked fine. I took out the battery and I was gonna call for a tow but before I did that I put the battery back in and hooked it up again and it started right up I drove it down the street to Autozone and they said the battery was bad and the alternator was fine. I took it to advanced across from autozone and they said the battery and the alternator were both good.

Autozone gave me a printout:
BATTERY: 13.07v
STARTER TEST: Cranking Normal, Voltage 10.97v, Amps 0.0A, Time 781ms
CHARGING SYSTEM TEST: No load 13.98v, Loaded 13.90v

Honestly I have no clue what is happening. My car is at firestone right now for a free electrical system check

I had a camaro one time not start due to a bad relay. That was intermitant. Also a bad ignition swith could make contact one time and not the other when you try and start it.

is the Security light flashing when you try to start it?? VATS system.

if not, than i would be inclined to beleive its a relay issue as well. no crank correct??

It sounds like a relay issue because it's not like a fuse where when it goes bad it's done. Relays can 'reset' after they have time to cool and could cause intermittant problems.

I also had an issue recently when I was swapping out my turn signal flasher, that somehow the dash gauges fuse blew, and I couldn't start the car. The tell tale sign was when I would turn the ignition, none of the gauges moved, but put a voltmeter on the battery resulted in 12.8v.

Just more suggestions.
