with all the new tech coming out i was thinking about updating my car with a new tranny does anyone know if they make a 6speed auto or 5speed auto? just a question i feel stupid asking this but i just need to know

Actually, yes TCI does. Comes with its own standalone controller and will bolt up to your engine. Minor modification to the mount may be needed.

It uses a 4L80E case and is a 6 speed.

Pretty badass, but spendy

thatd be awesome to swap in a 6L80e form a 2010 or something...as far as direct swap goes, however, I havent seen anything either

really and i guess just tune the car and all them goodies i just want to know because as much as i want to make it standard like my old sixxer it would be to much work and money plus i want to do something different

it all depends on how much money you want to spend and what you really want to do... you could always do a 58x conversion and run a 6l80e 6 speed auto, but that will cost mucho cash... for a fun street car a t56 is always fun to me...
