Spark,Fuel, compression. make sure you are getting these 3 things. you may have pressure but are the injectors firing.Noid lights that plug in to the injector harness will show you if they are being told to fire. I would dought it is injectors freezing up because that usally causes a missfire and not a no start because it is rare for them all to be stuck closed. I would start with fuel sence you say spaying starterfluid starts it for a second. How long has this be going on?

no start
try this. my car would start great for a week then all the sudden it would not start. when it would start it would start right up. i could drive to the store come out and all it would do is crank and crank with no start. as long as your car is cranking and you have fuel pressure its very possible its your ignition relay. its located under the hood in the fuse blocks. find the ignition relay and take one of your fan relays, should be 3 and switch them. see if the car starts. my car has been running fine ever since. if it does work just remember to get a new relay for the fan.
