It looks like a promotional sales flier that you got because you probably registered with them and included your car info.
Nowhere does it say they're going out of business. Saying such things in a public forum can be very dangerous to any business.

Closeout means they have parts that arent selling and they want them gone. I get these emails all the time. some really good deals on some stuff though, endlinks for 4$? lol

I love RockAuto by the way. Their prices and selection are hard to beat.

They are not going out of business. I get those fliers/emails from them about 1-2 times a year as I have my car registered under my username/account. I'm sure you have the same thing and they send you parts tagged for your car/model when they go on sale or clearance.
