I highly doubt that 6.2 can be attained. The most I have heard of is .100 to make it a 5.7L 350. That in itself seems a lot to me. I am no expert, so wait for more replies.

Its pretty common to punch them out to 5.7. "Iron LS1's" they're usually branded
Good read on the subject, and they hit 6.3L on a 4.8/5.3L block with a simple bore and stroke

They can actually get to 396 cubes now with a 4.100" crank. Ive got a 5.3 block that may end up in a Pre runner style pickup and was debating if the extra 13 cubes is going to be worth it. But 383 is about the mas for any power adder combos imo.

3.90 is the largest bore with out having to sleeve the motor and that will take the strength away from the why dont you do a ls6 clone with a lq4 and have some big inch torque to roast the tires.. you can even stroke it and get close to ls7 numbers..
