Default Great results!! 10.30's NA 385ci AI HCI Video Inside

Hey everybody I moved this thread over here with a new title .....
https://ls1tech.com/forums/lt1-lt4-m...xs-so-far.html

Well I'm sure alot of you have been following the build and tuning and whatever so far on my other threads so here is an update to what its running now........from last year i upped my converter to a 5000 stall and put a chrs1313 ram air on it with an ls1 lid and did some more tuning.....so far i went a 10.38 @131 w/ a 1.46 60' it was chattering out of the hole and i had timing backed out......down at the ltxshootout i fixed the traction issue and put some timing back in it and went a 1.401 60' so I dont see any reason the car wont go 10.20's now back in new hampsire....we'll find out in a copule of weeks.....anyway heres some video of the car........the 10.67 video is the old converter.......

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zXP-GspF5UI

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WrP7Mf3t2pk

and keep in mind i drive this car 150miles a week or so in the summer.....it drives absolutly great and runs perfect.....the car is at a current raceweight of 3550lbs and still has full interior minus rear seats....still has wipers, tags etc.....
stay tuned 10.20's comming to a city near you!!!!!

special thanks to Phil and Ron over at Advanced Induction for all the help and support and
Larry over at Speed Inc for taking care of me with the driveshaft when it was crunch time for the shootout!!!

Those are some impressive times for a naturally aspirated 385 especially considering the weight. It sounds like a freaken beast going down the track!

Race gas 112 ....motors got 13.9:1 CR pump gas is no more for me lol....

The chatter was because the car was hitting the rears hard then unloading...it was a chassis/suspenssion issue...i got it fixed down in bowling green

and thanks!!! I'm hoping to see 10.20's with the good fuel back in it and all the timing and traction who knows with the good end of the year air up here 10.10's may not even be out of the question....
