Default Difference between models and years?

Anyone know the differences between years of the GP GXP, MCSS, and Buick's rendition?

I've read a few things about grey center caps on the GXp but that's about it and I don't really get that.

05 GXPs didn't have chrome rings, Center caps changed in 07 I believe, generic rims replaced Alcoas some time in the 07 model year, color differences.

Only one year of Supers.

Unsure about the SSes.

Me too, I actually saw one when I was in AC a couple months back, it almost got stolen.

I have seen some differences in the Impalas

I have an 06 with an auto-dimming rear view mirror, and a 6 Disc in-dash cd changer. My buddy has an 07 that has neither.

Some were made w/o sunroofs. And '09 and later they put this awful looking lip on the side of the car, looks like the GP's.

The only real difference between the '08 and '09 LaCrosse Super was that a Bluetooth option was available for the '09. Otherwise the two years were identical.

Does anyone have a side-by-side shot of the two different GXP rims? I'd like to see that.

Off the top of my head (GXP), '05 and '06 said Displacement On Demand on the engine cover and had Alcoa wheels with black center caps and fake rivets and '07 and 08 said Active Fuel Management and had GM made wheels without the rivets and silver center caps.

06 Imp has wood trim and 07+ has whats supposed to be carbon fiber trim... Although i think they failed terribly at the carbon fiber i think it looks better than the wood.

Difference between 2006 to 2007 Montes were:
06's said "displacement on demand" on engine cover while '07's said "active fuel management", the 07's had some color changes, and the '06's had 100 more horsepower!

(one of the previous items listed may have been embellished by 100 horsepower, FYI.)

Early model 2007s had Alcoas.
