Default Could this setup run 10.00??

my motor might be broken going to check it this week. i would like to run a 10.50 index next year which means i want this car to run 10.50 on a hot summer day. i was thinking of

Putting a Stroker Crank and rotating assemby in my LS6. and get a bigger camshaft. the top end is all built up right now with prw rockers, dual springs, hardened pushrods, comp r lifters. the car rn has what is listed below on my signature. the car weighs 3050lbs wit me in it and a 4000 stall. could i put a big enough cam in this motor to run this fast?

Thanks
Anthony

Can a stroked ls6 run a 10.0 at 3050 raceweight? Yes.

Well i would get a different cam more agressive lobes and more duration, depending on your stall. I would also have your heads ported/milled and see where that gets you. A FAST intake will also help you but you might not need that to get to 10.50's
