Default 88958607 Timing chain dampener being remade!! I will give you $25.00 for your old one

Guys,

I am looking for a used one for mock up, so nothing broken or badly worn down. Because I am going to making these for sale. I need one for dimensions. And to help push the project, I will give a new one to the person that gave me their old one.

The material will be Delrin, a very durable nylon, very possible the same material the OEM ones are made out of.

There will be two aluminum spacers for the bolts, and will include new hardware. Please send me a pm.

Thanks
zipster

It will be a bolt on for the older engines with the existing holes. I wonder how many people are looking for this?

Careful of Delrin, it is prone to cracking.

I would use UHMW or another high performance plastic that has good wear resistance such as nylon 66. Have you made any of these or found a pattern to model off of? If you give me dimensions I can model this and make a drawing for you.

UHMW Material Type Premium
