Default Blown head gasket.. Does this look ok

So i blew a headgasket.. My question is this.. This looks just like burnt coolant and it seems to rub off with some elbow grease.. Does it look ok? or is the wall trashed?

ummm the "rusty" colored stuff doesnt look bad it will probably clean off, but how about that nice mark in the top of the piston from the valve, thats not good....

just wipe it off then when before you start the engine squirt a little bit of oil in each cylinder to burn them out clean, then change pull the spark plugs and clean them. im with Mart on this one, what is up with that nick in the piston, does not look like a happy motor. stock cam or not?

Walls are good, I heard a little kiss from the valve to the piston is not bad, but THAT looks like a concern.
