Default Catted or Cattless?

I am looking getting a hogan downpipe and am not sure which one to get. I was leaning toward the catted do to emmissions here in WI but was looking for suggestions and what people thought of theirs. I have a lew tune and an
E-cutout for mods. Thanks!!!

If you have emissions, get the catted. It's highflow and won't be THAT different, afaik. Plus you can put the cutout in the DP and mimic catless.

if there is no visual inspection, like in Illinois, you can just put it in the tune that the CAT is A OK and you dont need it.

I tried that with my hemi. Iturned off the rear 02 sensors with the diablo and it wouldn't let me pass because it couldn't read them.

you dont want to turn them off, you want it to loop info back to the PCm saying it is all good. that is how my GTP was setup. though i had a piece that plugged in where the O2 was and did the work for me without doing it in the tune.

Yes, you can either get an O2 simulator or tune it out.

Get two spark plug folers, and drill them out, then screw them in the u2 bong then plug the u2 sensor in. That should keep the light off
