Hey guys so i running a bolt on tune in my car and decided to add a 100 wet shot. Now i have no idea what the timing is set at i did try to contact the person who did the mail tune to no avail. Anyhow i set the twister to pull 6* the car didnt feel right so then i tried 5. felt better should i pull 4* ? I changed my plugs to br7 yesterday if that matters.

Plugs will tell the true story.
I would say 4* should be still on the safe side.

I would not adjust the timing based on "feel".
If you are not going to pull the plugs I would not add any more timing.

I'm in the exact same boat. No clue if the timing was changed or not, and if it was, to what degree. I got the HSW Interface controller, and looking at the manual, it looks like the max it will pull is 3 degrees. I'm hoping that will put me back to stock timing, or maybe a degree or 2 below. I know a 100 shot is perfectly fine on stock timing.
Graham, what exactly would you look for when inspecting the plugs?

Timing mark on the electrode, Coloring on the top of the threads, and then the fuel ring on the bottom of the porcelain. We can also check distribution and see if it has detonated.

doesnt the strap also show the timing? I thought the strap showed too much/little timing and the color(metal heatsoak) shows the hot/cold of the plug? still learning here

The strap does have the timing mark on it. That is the most important part on small shots.

ok, wanted to make sure. that picture above seemed a little off with how it was explaining the heat range and didnt mention timing.
