Default Getting weird knock

Hp tuners is showing a block type of knock starts at 2* and steadily goes to 4*KR then back down. Now, i know that is the actual sensors are bad it will read 4*KR all around in most of the cells.
Im almost 90 % sure its false knock, Ive checked and ran just c16 and it still 'knocks'. Also note, i re-used my old knock sensors from my old motor, they didnt have many miles on them. Could it be the the wiring harness going to the sensors?? Any help. I know the wires of these may be jacked up because I have had fifty million different intakes on my setup. Thanks guys

Should i turn down the sensitivty of the sensors as well or is that just wasting time?

Well the weather has been brutal in Texas, have you had it out in super hot days by chance? Did it knock less with the C16 in it given the same loads on it? What gas do you normaly run? I assume you have had this setup for a while and havnt had any problems until now? Pull your spark plugs and check if they are in good shape. Think about geting a new knock sensor? After that its still knocking then you might wana do some dreaded electrical bug tracking!

its commanding 15* heres my log file, i always run shell 93. And when feeling peppy i run a few gallons of c16 in the mix. Its a uniform knock all blocky and having a steadily pace going up and down.

Yes, this heat is killing me but its pulling timing because of that there should be NO knock.

I used to get knock like your having and I backed off my timing in the spots it showed up in the histogram.

Right, thats what i normally do just compare it in histogram and modify the commanding Timing.
Anyways, Yes, i live in texas and its actually probably over 100 degrees when i did my pull. My IATs are rather high because of this.

I have a lot of patience, hell I don't think any of us could get as far as we do with our cars without time and patience.

Busy Mopper you really need to get that scanner setup a little better. Do not zero them out as they do serve a purpose. Are you running a MAF or are you using a 2 bar map? Do you have a wideband in the car at all? I would set your Burst Knock Enable Delta cyl air around .04 up until 2400 rpm. Above 2400 you might try setting it to taper up to .1 or so by 3200 rpm on up. If you'd like I can help setup your scanner / tune for you. Post your tune and scanner config up or email to Nitroused383@gmail.com

do you have the correct data for my injectors then idk why that would be off..

Also under Spark> Spark retard My MAX KNOCK learn is 6400 but my rev limiter is 6800. Could this be throwing things off causing the motor not to go past 6400?

Is your car an auto, what trans? If you would like me to I'd look at your tune, if you want PM me & I'll give you my e-mail address. There are 3 different tables you have to change to raise your rev limit, also if its a computer controlled auto you have to tweak the RPM & Speed shift tables. If those 2 tables dont agree it will act like its hitting a rev limiter even though its not. Sorry if you already knew this though, didnt read your whole thread.

Hooking the wideband to the scanner enables you to know for sure what the pcm is commanding is what you are seeing in the histogram tables vs. what the wideband says correct?

OK update the car is pissing me off i matched the High octane and Low octane tables and went back out car runs perfect with zero KR for the first 2 or 3 WOT runs pulls like a train no traction till 110. then once i do my 4th n 5th WOT it starts to knock up to 4* up top.
