Procharged SS vs 97' Supra
I came up from behind on M-59 on this Supra. It was getting pretty dark, so I wasn't actually sure what it was until I got up on it. I ended up being a dark green 97' Supra w/ limo tinted windows and wide *** slicks on the back. I found out a little more about the car later from others and the owner posting on a different website. All in all, on bad *** looking import. Fast and Furious looking to say the least.
Knowing what these cars a capable of and how it looked, I knew it was going to be a good race or I was going to get raped. I gave him a honk to get his attention. We both slowed it down to around 50 mph. I gave it 3 honks and it was on. We were neck to neck until he shifted. Then, he slowly fadded back a bit, but not by much. I shut down at 135 mph with the Supra about a car and a half behind me.
I had to break hard to get off at my exit (he happened to be on the inside lane). We both gave each other a BIG thumbs up and some BIG smiles. That was one of the closest races I've had in a couple years.
That was one great looking car with the speed to back it up. Very respectable owner. Thumbs up again to him and his ride!!!

Not exactly sure, but I heard he was running about 20 psi. With my times, he should be a mid 10 second car at that level of boost. He does run higher octane and 30 psi, but I caught him on an off day. Thank god. lol
