Default My long term project-672" BBC twin 94's

for those who don't visit the drag race section, I figured I would share my BBC project. I've been working on this engine for about 2 years now to replace the 436 SBC that used to power my 79 Z28 Outlaw 10.5 car that i've been racing since 1999.

This all started out a simple enough project but as with most projects it quickly got out of hand.

here's a basic rundown

Donovan raised cam 11.1 deck block
Crower 5.100 stroke billet crank with Olds mains and Hemi rod pins
GRP alum rods
JE domed pistons
Total seal rings
Brodix PB 2005 heads with Titanium valves
Keyway lifters
Jesel rockers
Marcella billet runner intake
Jesel belt drive
Manton pushrods
ATI balancer
2 550 lb injectors per cylinder

The internet says it's going to blow up because you are using a regular FRAM oil filter.

In all seriousness, it looks badass.

its a fram racing oil filter which is MUCH better than the street stuff, but I still think a WIX racing filter would be a superior choice

think you should convince phil to put something like that in his mustang to compete in ODR
