I'm sure others will chime in but from what I have been told...if you are only planning that much boost and conservative hp, the stock heads will be more than enough. The cam looks a little on the big side. My cam is considered pretty aggressive and it is a 224/230 .581/.588 114 Yours is even bigger than that. Probably going to need some different valve springs also. I was told the Patriot Gold Duals are nice. That was what I got.

Hopefully, some others will chime in. I am also in the process of doing my first build so take my information with a grain of salt.

Leave stock heads, works way better and you shouldnt have an issue. I'd skip all the ARP stuff too... that turbo wont make enough power to hurt the stock stuff.

Do the Extreme Patroit Golds opposed to the standard ones. They have a higher seat pressure and better for boost. Buy um once and be done for the future.

Arent 918 springs the beehives? I would run a dual valve spring. That way if it breaks, you wont drop a valve.

I went with that theory too.....Except mine broke both prematurely on one valve (inners only on 3 others)....didn't fully drop a valvle though (but you could push it down easily with your palm). Enough where it left a mark on a piston.

It isn't, but valve float becomes a huge issue with boost which is why the need for good springs

seems like a really close setup to mine
Im doing a 5.3 with a stock bottom end with 241 heads for some lower compression
as far as cam choice im going with the LS9 cam to keep cost down low
