Can you use 98 ss parts for a 98 LS z28?

yes, you can use any parts from a 98-2002 Z28 or SS, there are only a few differences, main one is intake manifold

Yes. Every single part from one can be swpped to the other.

Both intake and exhaust manifolds are identicle between a '98 SS and a '98 Z28, as are all other items relating to the engine and transmission. There would be no reason to swap parts between the two unless one was being used as a parts car to repair the other.

Only difference will be the air box setup and both should be swapped for a lid anyways.
