This car was previously owned by Johnny Lightning of Johnny Lightning Performance (jlpracing.com) and was built to the highest standard personally.
Some of the upgrades include a 306 Ci .020 over block, Edelbrock heads, F-303 cam, flowmaster exhaust, and of course a Vortech Supercharger with air to water intercooler. This car produces between 590-600 horsepower reliably and can be driven daily if desired, but it has also run sub-11's on radial tires. The transmission has been upgraded to a Tremec heavy duty transmission, it has an upgraded race clutch, and 3.73 rear end gears. It is a very powerful and impressive car that will surely turn heads anywhere you go.
It has the original paint, no body work ever, and is stock except for the Cervini fiberglass hood and mechanical upgrades. It also has all of the options available in 1993, including sunroof, leather interior, upgraded sound system, and power driver's seat. The interior is completely original except for the addition of fuel pressure and boost gauges, as well as a boost retard gauge.
This rare collector car has always been garage kept and is a true piece of American muscle car history.
This Cobra is number 474 of only 4993 produced, and very few of the original production remain today.
