Has anyone who purchased the hp pro received there 2 free credits? I submitted my proof of purchase to HP tuners in Dec 2011 via there website. I finally submitted a question on there forum 2 weeks ago. I was told that everyone who submitted the proper documentation had received there credits in early January 2012 and they were looking into it....

Correct, the credits were issued on the 19th of January.

I was corresponding with Jay a couple weeks ago and he said he would look into my submission but haven't heard back from him. He said he would have to speak with the owners. I resubmitted my proof of service as well to him. I would like a response why I was bypassed for the additional credits.

2 free credits? you get 6 credits with the pro when you buy it, or at least i did a few years back. If they were giving credits away I definitly didnt get any free ones

It was a promo we ran for the last quarter of 2011, ie if you purchased an interface in the last quarter you got an extra 2 credits free of charge.
