Default SCREAMIN SEMEN GMC 5.3 Turbo Swap

My truck is a little out of the ordinary. But the engine seems right at home with this Forum

Motor is a 2006 Chevrolet 5.3 LS engine (Less than 30k when installed) with a S468 Bullseye Turbo Ls6 Camshaft, Texas Speed Pushrods and Valvesprings. Aeromotive Eliminator Fuel Pump, Aeromotive A-1000 Fuel Pressure Regulator, F.A.S.T. Fuel Rails, Cobalt 2.5 Bar Map Sensor, Custom Wiring Harness, Custom stock manifolds. E85 Fuel

Transmission is a Turbo 400 Built custom spec to the truck by Overtime Racing. Reverse Manual Valve body, Custom Spec Coan 4000 Stall converter all Backed by a completely rebuilt np-205 Transfer case, Brand new steel drive shaft with 1350 u-joints. Double Transmisson Cooler With Fan

Rear axle is a Corporate 14 Bolt with 3.73 gear Ratio with a Locker. Front Axle is Dana 44 with 3.73 but a open Carrier. OFF ROAD DESIGN Crossover Steering.

Wheels and tires are 22x14 KMC Diesels in Chrome mounted on 40x15.50x22 Nitto Mud Grapplers 90% tread or better.

Truck is Dyno tuned to run on E85 Ethanol Fuel. Has been tuned by TJ @ Baker Enginnering AKA hellbents10 550 RWHP 540 RWTQ to the 40" tires.

awesome, knew it was silver lake in the first pic. lots of LS rails running around out there as well.

any new build plans for it?

Looking good! I like the videos with the paddles on it!

That 550 to the tires is over 800 at the flywheel for sure. Those huge tires and th400s do not show the big numbers on the dyno lol.

Thanks Again TJ. Anyone in West Michigan Have TJ tune your vehicle. Top Notch. Truck runs flawlessly and cant seem to blow this up. Prolly put 5000 very hard miles on this this past summer. Swappin a LQ9 into a 75 Nova Soon so ill be contacting you again for some computer work.

Nice ! How much boost ? That motor has to be cranking out some serious HP to make 550 at the wheel through all that drivetrain

Runnin 17-18 lbs of boost. Wheels and tires weigh 175 lbs a PIECE! Can't imagine what the dyno numbers would be with a Stock sized 265 tire would be. If I remember right we were burnin rubber on the dyno too with them 40's.

I got a ride in this truck and I was super impressed. Doing a very similiar set up in my nova. T.j @ baker is also gonna tune mine. hes also been a big help with parts. Truck looks great steve
