Broken Tella Terra... Again

Broken Tella Terra... Again
Me and my wife went to get some dinner this evening and on our way home I heard a familiar ticking sound. I pulled the valve cover when I got home and found a rocker arm broke. This makes 2 broken Intake rockers and 1 cracked exhaust rocker.
Is anyone else having bad luck with these rockers?

I have beat the crap out of mine and no issues. Man that is weird I agree with post above to check for proper wipe and geometry. I did have to shim mine inorder for it to be correct. If I wouldnt have it would have put it in a bind and a failure would be inevitable.

Cam is a custom grind Solid roller Cam motion 257/266 .649/629 112 on a set of Morel tie bar lifters. The rockers are shimmed to correct the geometry and get the wipe pattern where I wanted it. I'm running PAC-1521, We shimmed the springs are well but i cant remember off the top of my head what the seat pressure and open pressure ended up at. Ill have to pull the build sheet I did up on the heads. The springs are no where close to coil bind nor am I running into valve float.
To be honest with you, it appears that the rockers reached their fatigue rate and sheered.
