Really? I was on the site last week ordering my sisters plates and it said nothing about them. I know they had been talked about but today was the first day I *** the actual site advertise. Maybe I'm blind who knows lol

The standard plates have been available with 7 letters for some time now. The personalized plates with 7 letters are new.

Damn. How come if you try now 7 doesn't fly? I wanted 7 for some time but it would never lte me. Thats why I got exited today

They have released the 7 letter plate at least one other time...just for 7 days. I ordered mine back in March.

aren't those plates way over priced??? i was quoted something around 900 for a 7 letter plate for 10 years....on top of the yearly registration fee

$200 a year. You get a break if you buy multiple years. For what most of us spend on vehicles it's not bad if you really want them.

Yeah it's about $850 I think for 10 years.. Thats the one I did for my plates.

I think you can also sell the plates and the rights to them if you don't want them anymore..

you cant sell the plates...confirmed this already. sounds like a waste of money if you dont even get to "own" the plate you know.

Ours used to be $35/$40 until the state stopped doing it and turned it over to plates.com. When they first took over the prices stayed the same or close. They went "out of business" pretty quick. When they resurfaced, bam new pricing!
