Why the heck does my serpentine belt keep coming off at WOT ?
This is the 3rd time in a month that when I have hit the bottle it has ripped the serpentine belt right off the pulleys! Does anyone know of a fix for this? all stock pulleys and installed in the correct place, brand new belt etc... If this keeps up im gonna have to go to an electric water pump because the only way I can tell its gone is when the temp shoots up!

I had this same problem,I think the spring in the stock belt tensioner don't hold at high rpm's.
Some have the problem and some don't.
Atleast Katech told me this,so I got one of Katech's solid belt tensioner and never had a problem since.Little pricey at $120 I think but it did solve all my problems.

I have yet to have one jump off but like said above I think this is an inherent problem with the stock tensioner. I have bounced the rev limiter a few times and have found my belt has jumped a couple of teeth, I have no pulleys or major engine mods.

Even stock, at idle my tensioner does a lot of random
"bouncing". At high belt speeds it's a miracle that most
-don't- fly off and I bet there are a lot of times the belt
is not "kept" by the tensioner but just falls back into
place purely because everything is set up dead-in-plane
so there's no strong reason to skip groove. But a 1/8"
out-of-plane misalignment will surely jump given the
chance.
I think any misfire, sudden RPM jump will whip the belt
and make it tighten / bunch, kick that wimp spring
around and give you enough temporary slack to get
over the stubby edge on the stocker. Plus the more
quickly you run the RPM up, the more you are pulling
belt tension to spin up the accessories and the more
you are pulling in that spring.
I've looked before for the "Larry Pulley" but I think
you have to call them up and talk to a human, no
luck in the online catalogs.

I used to have this same problem with just bolt ons. Your "check guages" light should light up when the belt flies off. I ended up buying a Larry pulley and haven't had the belt even skip a groove. I bought mine from Thunder, and yes you have to call to order it.

It looks identicle to the stocker, but has higher ridges.
