Do you have a CAI? If so, check to make sure the case is not touching your starter.

Nope still have the stock intake for now, and I don't think my knee is hitting the key...wouldn't it have to turn the key to shut the vehicle off?

The stock air box is plastic tho

My car does it too man and i cant figure it out.. kinda hard to troubleshoot sumthin that only happens when u hit a bump ya kno. Check all ur engine/chassis grounds too... pcm connections, actually jus check all the wiring u can for anything loose or exposed wire.

My 3500 Impala used to die randomly... it was loose connection in the fuse box. Not sure exactly what connection it was because it was under warranty and the dealer dealt with it but it had them boggled for months.

I didn't expect this to be a common problem. I guess I will take a look at the grounds. It has only done it twice, but I would hate for it to happen to the GF was driving with my daughter. I told her what to do, but who knows if she will remember or just freak out. First time it happened when I was doing 75 down the interstate. If I cant trace down the problem I guess the dealer will have fun, since its still under warranty.
