I had a setup similar to yours, except with a SSIC, but also a VS cam and I was able to drop to a 3.0 pulley.
A cam/headers GTP should be running a 3.5 easily... unless you have a high compression block.
Do you have a screenshot of one of your scans of when the knock happens?
what's your commanded AFR and if you have a wideband what is it reading? How much timming are you running at WOT? Also need to know what your IPW is at.
How much KR do have? can you hear it ping?
There's lots of stuff that can cause it, need more info.
Have you raised the numbers in the max torque allowed in the torque management tables?

ok well the knock starts at 4700 then at 5200 rpms it goes into full mode (what ever i have the maximum retard set to it goes there)
the block is a 9.5:1 cr. im running a 3.5 pulley
even before i was SC the knock retard was still there (since i put my first cam in) and no matter the timing im running its still there in wot. so if im at 0* of timing WOT or 16* of timing at WOT the same amount of knock retard is there.
no i cant hear the pinging at all and not once have a blown a motor.
afr is 11:1 WB confirmed

colder spark plug too I suppose? Did you check the torque management section also? I'm taking a wild guess here, but I also had a crazy knock problem except it happened almost at any throttle position and it got fixed after I tried another PCM.
Besides that, check your basics and see if your headers are not hitting anything. Try to rock the engine while you're underneath it. Is it a GTP or a V6 camaro with m90 swap?
