Default Stock replacement LS6 pistons

I just got a "great" deal on a LS6 long block and because of how the deal went down and the dead flies, dog hair, and dirt from this hicks mobile home I tore into it. I found used head gaskets and bolts, the piston tops look good(were cleaned) but i rotated th engine and 3 cylinders have had rust in them that was cleaned out. I havent pulled the pan but i expect the worst. I am thinking it will need bored .010 to clean everything up. This is going into a stock Z06 that lost its shortblock to a valvespring. What pistons are out there that are closest to stock? I dont want something that is 120 each either. Thanks.

SpeedPro, for stock. Also unless those are ARP or other reusable bolts throw them in the garbage. Stock bolts are TTY bolts. If the gaskets have been ran for any amount of time throw them to, especially If they came off a different motor.

Mahle has some very affordable 4032 forged pistons that utilize your stock rods. They have a few bore sizes to chose from as well, and start at -4cc volume on their flat-tops.

Thank you. I am trying to put this back right. Were the stock pistons forged or hyperutectic?

Are the Mahle's stock weight or would they require you to re-balance your crank?

I am curious about that too but I think I would rebalance regardless of which pistons I used.

Stock are hyperutectic, you wouldn't need to rebalance but it's a good idea

I would absolutely rebalance. 2 different brands of hyperutectic pistons can have different weights and even if they were stock pistons it couldn't hurt.

I def spend the cash for better bottom end man. What a great time to build it. At least get some better rod bolts (Arp or Katech).
